Events in June

Hi Everyone,

As promised, I've looked at the line-up of events and selected a few things our English readers might enjoy. At Studio Y3 and Club Q2, there are several exhibitions and events this month.

On 6/4, Mami Ikai presents a collection of recent work. Ikai is a young artist and a new member of the C.A.P. community. Gallery hours are 10:00 - 7:00, Tuesday-Sunday.

6/4, Maya Sawada, a recent graduate of Kobe Art and Design, will be showing work from her University effort. Gallery hours are 10:00 - 7:00, Tuesday-Sunday.

6/11, Akiko Matsuda, will exhibit her ceramic work in gallery 1, at Y3.
Gallery hours are 10:00 - 7:00, Tuesday-Sunday.

6/12, Ryota Sakai, will organize a group show of work by various C.A.P. artists. at the 4th floor Living Room. Gallery hours are 10:00 - 7:00, Tuesday-Sunday.


Club Q2

6/19, 4:PM, Hiros returns with a new series on "Improvisation in World Music. This first concert in the series looks at Northern Indian music. I have written about his September 2010 concert
