More Flip Side

An important aspect of C.A.P's mission is to facilitate international arts projects. Indeed, the organization was born of just such a desire, an expression on the part of European artists to partner with their Japanese counterparts. Today C.A.P has developed an expertise at conceiving and implementing international arts exchanges. On October 1st, the second phase of the Flip Side Kobe/Bremen project opened with an exhibition of work by Edith Pundt and Herwig Gillerke. Both artists are from Bremen, Germany.  Edith Pundt was able to make the trip and represent the German artists.

In July and August of this year, Yukinori Yamamura and Nobuko Hayashi traveled to Bremen and created work there. The artists presented a talk on their project on the 30th of September. Edith Pundt will be giving a talk on her work this Saturday, October 16th at Studio Y3.
